What we put in or on our body, we should be able to eat and the same ought to apply to our mouth. Like the shell of an egg, our teeth are permeable. There are little spaces that can absorb and release particles, gases, toxins, excess vitamins and minerals and allow bacteria (good and not so good) to breathe. Gum tissue is very similar in this way to an egg shell but much like the gut in our abdomen, it absorbs nutrients and toxins, but releases them too.
Everything we put in our mouth indirectly enters our blood supply. This happens through the make- up of our permeable gums. In Ayurvedic test, a health document which is thousands of years old, tells us about the tongue and how every part of the body is connected to the tongue. it is full of extrasensory nerves and also some of these nerves under the tongue lead directly to the heart.
The heart is one of our electro - magnetic organs, as is all the major organs and abdominal dwelling digestion system.
So how does this have anything to do with toothpaste,
Well, it is everything.
Everything in our environment has a direct effect on our body, mind and emotional state (our health).
We brush your teeth every day just like that first important meal. We rarely think of what we expose our mouths to. Taste and texture signals to the brain how our mouths feel and what outside substance we are next to introduce into the body. The body will say yes or no naturally. Toothbrush or Not Toothbrush
Toothfaerie toothpaste is so effective at removing plaque, it is not necessary to use a brush, so if you have forgotten your brush while out and about or travelling, do not fret. Try use it in the same way as oil pulling. Take a bean size amount and dissolve in the mouth with some water. With some swishing for 15 – 20mins hold it in the mouth.
It will leave teeth feeling very clean and remove most or all plaque.
It is always nice to use a toothbrush as it ensures that all the plaque between teeth is removed, especially if you are one of those people with a sweet tooth.
