Instructions For Use
If gums are in need of some extra care, after brushing then gently rub an extra bean sized amount onto the gums using your fingers and leave on for as long as possible. Overnight works best as it is a time when we are not eating and the body does a lot of its own healing.
Use Toothfaerie as Mouthwash
Take a small amount and place into the mouth, then add 2 tbsp of water and swish for
15 - 20 minutes. This will help the gums heal and activate the oil pulling action more than brushing will, as the paste is given more time to act on getting into those tight spaces between the gums.
After brushing with charcoal, wash toothbrush and gently brush with a little water to remove any remaining black charcoal residues that may be between the gums and teeth.
This toothpaste contains a high quantity of charcoal, roughly 50% content.
It is suitable for everyday use.
100% pure charcoal powder is to be used every 2 - 3 days, due to its powerful buffering action.
